We are delighted to announce that the 2018 season is now officially open!
Villa prices and availability are live on our Website and we have already taken the first few bookings for next year which can mean only one thing - prudent holidaymakers are thinking ahead and securing the best deal possible.
It isn't always possible to tick every box on your wish list when it comes to finding the perfect holiday villa. However, the earlier you start your search - the more likely it is that you will be able to secure your dream property. This is why we make every effort to release prices and availability for our villas as early as possible in the year. Many of our customers like to plan ahead in order to maximise their chances of finding the perfect size, location and appearance of villa. Why compromise on a sea view or a fabulous location when all you have to do is begin your holiday search a little earlier in the year!
While the majority of folk will be beginning their villa search at the beginning of 2018 - the discerning traveller will already have researched, selected and secured their choice in 2017 with only a 10% booking deposit!
Our villas in Crete are all fully licensed properties and feature a high standard of accommodation as well as stunningly beautiful exteriors - all with a private pool. What's more, our UK based team frequently visits each of the properties to ensure that this standard is maintained.
Don't forget that we offer low occupancy discounts at the majority of our villas, throughout low season in the months of 
April, May, June, September and October (in a couple of our larger villas this includes July and August too.) This means that our larger, most luxurious villas can suddenly become a reality within a far more achievable budget. Couples and small families can benefit from all of the facilities (including the larger pools) of our villas but at a far lower cost due to the fact that they will only have access to one or two of the bedrooms.
As an exceptionally beautiful holiday destination, Crete will undoubtedly steal your heart as well as preserving your bank balance. A meal out here will cost far less than what can be expected in Northern European resorts.
