There is a large private pool which has Roman steps leading into it and a hydrotherapy massage feature – wonderful for sitting in the pool and relaxing with the water gently swirling around you. 

To make the most of the glorious sea and mountain views, Villa Margarita has been built with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living accommodation on the first floor.

The ground floor accommodation consists of three double bedrooms, two with double beds and a twin bedded room. The double rooms both have patio doors opening onto a veranda with views of Souda Bay. The twin bedded room has views of the White Mountains. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and as well as being air-conditioned they also have ceiling fans for those who prefer a cooling breeze to air-conditioning. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor and a walk-in storage cupboard under the stairs.

The tiled staircase leads to the first floor and the open plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and second bath/shower room. A small balcony leading off the kitchen is the perfect place to sit in the early morning and watch the sun rising over the mountains. The dining area and lounge is furnished to a high standard with a dining table and chairs for 6, a large L shaped sofa, occasional furniture and DVD and CD players for your entertainment. Patio doors in the lounge area open on to a covered, furnished, terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding pine forest, The White Mountains, Souda Bay and the Akrotiri peninsula, a wonderful shady spot when you tire of basking in the sun around the pool. Exterior tiled steps lead directly down from the upper level to the furnished pool terrace.

All the windows at this villa are fitted with mosquito blinds and security shutters. External lighting all around the house and pool means that you can enjoy the villa's outside areas long after darkness falls. The villa is centrally heated so is a good choice for early or late season holidays when the evenings may turn chilly and some heating may be required.

 The villa stands in extensive grounds containing some 14 olive trees and has recently been planted with a variety of shrubs plus fruit and ornamental trees. Some areas of the grounds have been left in their natural state and spring visitors will be able to see numerous wild flowers including anenomies, orchids and wild lupins.

A full maid service and linen change is provided twice a week at this villa.

Villa Margarita is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and twice weekly maid service with linen change. There are NO hidden extras.

We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities. NB - we would advise you not to book your flights until we have confirmed that we are holding the villa for you.
