Step out of the double doors at the front of the villa onto spacious terraces where you will find sun loungers, tables, chairs, umbrellas and a BBQ around the pool. A pergola provides a shady seating area to one side of the pool.

The ground floor is open plan with a defined lounge area with 2 comfortable sofas (one of which can be converted to a sofa bed), coffee table and other occasional furniture, a dining area with a table, 4 dining chairs and a dresser and the kitchen which is fully fitted and comprehensively equipped (see amenities list). The ground floor area is cooled by ceiling fans.

One of the 2 shower rooms is on the ground floor.

Both of the air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with double bed and one with 2 x singles) are on the first floor with access to a very private balcony, a perfect place for relaxing and gazing out across the bay. Both bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes and plenty of other storage space. One of the 2 shower rooms is on this floor.

For your entertainment, the villa has a TV, CD/DVD player and music system. The owners have provided a selection of CD’s and DVD’s and you are of course free to bring your own. A selection of books and games are also supplied.

The external areas of this villa are delightful due in no small way to the owner’s love of gardening and plants. No expense has been spared in landscaping the plot to a high standard and work on the garden is a continuing project. There are extensive outside areas for sunbathing, eating al fresco and relaxing.

Villa Antheia is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 5 people (4 + 1) occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels and a welcome pack. Maid service and linen changes are weekly for 1 week stays and every 4 or 5 days for 2 week stays. There are NO hidden extras.

If you want to book, please use the availability chart to check your dates and either complete the enquiry form (follow the link below) and submit it to us or call us. We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities. NB - we would advise you not to book your flights until we have confirmed that we are holding the villa for you.
