Is linen provided?

Yes, all house linen is provided ie linen for the beds (not for cots) and house towels. At some villas you will also have beach/pool towels - please see below and refer to the information provided for that villa.

What about beach/pool towels?

These are provided at some villas. Check the amenities or prices tab on each individual villa's webpage to find out if beach and pool towels are included or not. When they aren't included, they can sometimes be hired from the property managers at the rate of 7 eur per towel, per week. Once again please check the prices tab on the villa's webpage to see what the arrangements are at your villa.

Does the villa have wi-fi?

Most of our villas now have wifi although, due to difficulties in obtaining fixed telephone lines in this part of Crete, wifi may be via Satellite or a mobile provider such as vodafone or Cosmote. These routers usually provide an adequate service for email and web browsing for up to 5 devices but aren't suitable for streaming large amounts of data. Please refer to the villa's webpage to see what the wifi arrangements are. If it is not mentioned then there is currently no wifi at that villa. Free wifi is readily available at a host of bars and tavernas so if you need the internet for social rather than business purposes you will probably find that the connections offered at the bars and tavernas are sufficient for your needs.

Please note: where wifi is an advertised facility, its provision is subject to availability, network conditions and the type of service at the property. It may not be available 24 hours a day and is provided for pleasure and not solely for business purposes. Bookings should not be made if you are wholly reliant on the uninterrupted and unlimited provision of wifi.
