With the summer season fast approaching, there is some news regarding flights to Chania – the closest airport to most of our beautiful villas.

Ryanair have announced a new flight departing from Bournemouth International Airport to Chania International Airport on Tuesdays. Usefully, this is also one of our changeover day!

Nowadays you can easily travel to Crete from many locations in the UK, with Bournemouth being a very easily accessible airport. It is located only 20 minutes away from the M27 and also offers short and long stay parking at great rates.

There are many parking options including Standard Airport Parking – which we advise you pre-book to get the best rates. They also offer Flexible Parking, a great option if your plans may change – and VIP Parking, which is directly opposite the airport building – but these spaces are very limited!

EasyJet have also announced a new flight for the summer season. There is now an extra flight from Gatwick Airport to Chania on Thursdays. Thursday is not one of our normal change-over days but we can always consider arrivals and departures on Thursdays depending on the villa you’re interested in and other bookings already taken.
