On-Line Booking

You can now book the majority of our villas on-line.

Availability charts for all villas (except Villa Sevi 1, Villa Sevi 2, Villa Maria, Villa Manolis and Villa Nafsika) show "live" availability. This allows you the convenience of securing your chosen villa in real time, on-line.

To make a confirmed booking on-line, just follow these simple steps:-

1 - Check the "live" availability of your chosen house or villa using the availability calendar attached to each villa's webpage. You will find a button link to the calendar on the villa's webpage. 

2 - If your chosen villa is available for the dates you want and you want to proceed with a booking, please select your arrival day from the calendar and click on it.

3 - A new window will open. Enter the number of nights you want from the drop down box. The page will "refresh". Fill in the number of people you're booking for and you will then get a price for your dates and numbers. Please see the notes below about additional charges for sofa beds and the way some discounts are calculated *** .

4 - To book on-line, follow the "Book Now" option. You will need to fill in a booking form after which you will be taken to a secure server to make the payment due. Deposit Payments are 10% (minimum £50 per week). If booking within 6 weeks of departure, payment of the full rental will be required at the time of booking. As well as the option to pay on-line, payment can also be made by sterling cheque, direct bank transfer (in sterling) or by debit or credit card over the 'phone or by fax.

If you're booking late and have fixed dates -

you may find it easier to check availability using the "Quick Availability Search" box on the left hand side of each page, rather than checking by individual villa. Enter your arrival date, the number of nights you'd like to stay and the number of people in your party and press the "search availability" button. You will be presented with a list of all available villas. Note that you need to enter an allowed arrival date to get a result. Allowed arrival days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

If you're booking late and your dates aren't fixed -

we suggest you use this checking tool here which shows all the villas on a month by month view and allows you to search and see at a glance, what is available and when.

Notes

*** Sofa beds - please note that these are bookable later in the booking process. If sofa beds are a chargeable item at your villa, once you add a sofa bed or beds to your booking, the price will be adjusted for it/them.

*** Discounts - unfortunately the system calculates the single couple or 2 + 1 discount based on the number of people entered and the start day of your rental. There are 2 problems with this:-

a) If you are 2 people but not a single couple, or 3 people but not 2 + 1, the system will have automatically calculated a discount when it is not due. Please make use of the "additional notes" box on the booking form to tell us and we will adjust the price accordingly before we confirm your booking.

b) If your rental overlaps from a discounted period to a non discounted one (or vice versa), the discount calculated will be wrong. In these cases we have to make the adjustment manually. You can still book on-line but we will need to change the price on receipt of your booking request. If the price increases we will contact you to confirm the new price before we confirm your booking and take your deposit.
