Flights to Crete - from Scandinavia

  • We are a company operating from the UK but over the years we have welcomed many Scandinavian clients to our villas on Crete.
  • Our primary change-over day is Tuesday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to Crete (Chania). However due to more flexible flights from the UK, starting in 2012, we have been able to increase the options for arrival and departure days and now accept them on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
  • We are pleased to note that there are also direct flights from several Scandinavian airports, to Crete, on these days.
  • Regular services between Copenhagen and Chania operate from early May until the end of October with Cimber Sterling   
  • Norwegian fly from Stockholm and Oslo to Chania
  • Ryanair fly from Stockholm (Tuesdays and Fridays) and Oslo (Tuesdays and Saturdays) direct to Chania
  • Please contact us if you have any questions about arrival and departure days.
  • When arranging your flights, please bear in mind that the usual check in time on the day of arrival is 16.00 and the usual check out time on the day of departure is 10.00. If your flights don't fit in with these times we will do our best to help you with an early check in or late check out but note that we cannot guarantee being able to agree to your request (see below) .
  • The property managers/owners on Crete have the final say about the time you can arrive and depart as they have to schedule villa cleaning between guest arrivals and departures. They will have been told the expected arrival time of your flight so if you have an early arrival time they will, as far as possible, be aiming to have the villa ready early (however we cannot guarantee that the villa will be fully serviced before 16.00. If you do arrive at the villa before 16.00 and it is still being cleaned then you are welcome to drop off your bags and go off elsewhere or sit and relax outside but please don't expect all of the villa's facilities to be available to you immediately on arrival).
  • For requests to check out after 10.00am on the day of departure - please speak to the property manager during your stay to see if this is possible.
