This very popular, well equipped villa offers modern amenities with traditional styling. It is owned by a local Greek family who have taken great care to furnish it in the traditional way. The villa has a private pool, garden and BBQ and sleeps up to 4 adults. Children can be accommodated on the sofa bed. Whilst we recommend car hire for all of our villas to enable you to explore and get the most out of your holiday to this lovely area of Crete, car hire is not essential at this villa as it is located in the centre of the village of Plaka, within an easy stroll of the village’s tavernas, bars and mini market and only 15 minutes walk to the beach at Almirida. |

The ground floor has an open plan kitchen/diner and lounge area. There is a shower room on this floor with shower, wc and wash basin. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped and has a table and seating for 4 people. The traditionally furnished lounge area has sofas, chairs, occasional furniture, a fireplace, TV, DVD player and radio.
Both of the lovely air-conditioned bedrooms , one double and one twin, are on the first floor where the main bathroom with hydro massage is also situated. The bedrooms have doors opening up to an extensive balcony with views of the sea.
There are furnished balconies and terraces with sea views, perfect for relaxing, around the villa. A large, private landscaped garden with swimming pool and BBQ completes the amenities on offer.
The property is centrally heated making it a good choice for early or late season stays when the evenings may turn chilly and heating may be required.

Florianna's Villa is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).
Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 5 people (4 + 1) occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning. There are NO hidden extras.
If you want to book, please use the availability chart to check your dates and either complete the enquiry form (follow the link below) and submit it to us or call us. We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities. NB - we would advise you not to book your flights until we have confirmed that we are holding the villa for you.
