Booking Your Villa with Crete Escapes

Booking your villa with Crete Escapes couldn't be easier. Just follow these simple steps:-

1 - Check the availability of your chosen house or villa using the availability checking calendar. You will find a link to the villa's calendar on each villa's webpage. 

2 - If you're booking late, you may find it easier to check availability using the general availability search button at the top left hand side of each page, rather than checking by individual villa.

3 - If the villa is available for your dates and you want to proceed with a booking please contact us to confirm the final availability (see note below).

  To contact us you can either :-

  a)  Call 0044 (0)1332 880413 or
  b)  E mail us at info@crete-escapes.com or
  c)  Use the availability checking calendar to automatically generate an enquiry form. You do this by selecting your start date and then your departure date; after that an enquiry form will appear. Fill it in and email it to us – don’t worry you can’t accidentally book a villa on-line.

4 - If  the property is available, we will put a hold on it for 48 hours (see note below) to make sure that no-one else books it whilst you’re looking for flights and completing the booking formalities.

5 - We will e mail a booking form to you which you will need to complete and return together with your deposit of 10% (minimum £50 per week). If booking within 6 weeks of departure, payment of the full rental will be required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by sterling cheque, direct bank transfer (in sterling) or by debit or credit card.

6 - On receipt of your completed booking form and deposit, we will confirm your reservation and send you your confirmation documents either by e mail or in the surface mail.

7 - Final balances are due no later than 6 weeks prior to travel (see note below).

8 - Once you have paid your final balance, we will then send you your final paperwork including detailed directions to the accommodation and contact telephone numbers for owners/property managers/car hire contacts etc. 

Additional Notes

Availability Charts - If the villa is showing as available then it is 99% certain that it is but in some rare instances we may be holding the villa provisionally without it appearing on the chart. Please confirm the availability with us before booking any flights.

Provisional Bookings - We will hold the accommodation for you for 48 hours to enable you to check flights etc after which time the provisional booking will automatically lapse unless you have confirmed to us that you are proceeding eg you have told us that your booking form is in the post.

Final Balances - We reserve the right to cancel any bookings where the final balance has not been received by the due date.
