How to Book Your Villa with Crete Escapes

(For provisional bookings see below).

To make a confirmed booking, just follow these simple steps:-

1 - Check the "live" availability of your chosen house or villa using the availability calendar. You will find a button link to the calendar on the villa's webpage. 

2 - If you're booking late and have fixed dates, you may find it easier to check availability using the "Quick Availability Search" button on the left hand side of each page, rather than checking by individual villa.

3 - If you're booking late and your dates aren't fixed then we suggest you use this checking tool here which shows all the villas on a month by month view.

4 - When you have found a villa that you want to book please either

a) proceed on-line by selecting the Book Now option. You will be taken to an on-line booking form and then to a secure server to make the payment due ** (see below for the amount you will need to pay) or

b) if you prefer not to book on-line or if you have some questions you want to talk to us about, please contact us by email or call us on 0844 324 6393.  We will be pleased to help.

5 - For bookings made directly with us rather than on-line, if the property is available, we will put a hold on it for 48 hours (see note below) to make sure that no-one else books it whilst you’re looking for flights and completing the booking formalities. We will e mail a booking form to you which you will need to complete and return together with your payment due ** (see below for the amount you will need to pay)

6 - ** Deposit Payments are 10% (minimum £50 per week). If booking within 6 weeks of departure, payment of the full rental will be required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by sterling cheque, direct bank transfer (in sterling) or by debit or credit card.

7 -  ** Final balances are due no later than 6 weeks prior to travel (see note below).

8 - Once you have paid your final balance, we will then send you your final paperwork including detailed directions to the accommodation and contact telephone numbers for owners/property managers/car hire contacts etc. 

Additional Notes

Provisional Bookings - Please fill in the enquiry form , contact us by email or call us on 0844 324 6393 if you want to make a provisional booking. We will hold the accommodation for you for 48 hours to enable you to check flights etc after which time the provisional booking will automatically lapse unless you have confirmed to us that you are definitely proceeding.

Final Balances - We reserve the right to cancel any bookings where the final balance has not been received by the due date.  Click here to pay final balance by debit or credit card
