Great Locations  - All of our  Villas in Crete are hand picked and close to the beautiful Venetian city of Chania in North West Crete. Our villas are located in the areas of Kolimbari, Maleme and Stalos, to the west of Chania and in Kalives, Almirida, Plaka, Vamos and Georgioupolis, in the Apokoronas area to the east of Chania.

Most of our Crete holiday villas are detached with a private pool but we also have a few well chosen houses & villas with shared pool facilities that offer outstanding value for money. Whether you choose a villa with a private pool or a house with shared pool facilities you can be assured that we will have checked the property to make sure that it reaches our high standards.

Guaranteed Prices

Our prices are quoted in gbp sterling, per villa, per week with no hidden extras and no surcharges. The price you pay includes :-

• air conditioning
• all linen except for beach and pool towels. NB - some of our owners provide beach and pool towels - if this is the case it is mentioned in the price information section for that villa
• regular linen changes
• a welcome pack - this will comprise at least basic groceries to get you started
• end of let cleaning and in some properties more frequent cleaning - if this is the case it is mentioned in the price information section for that villa

News - 22/6/10 - Greek tourism and culture minister Pavlos Geroulanos said that the country would pick up the tab for tourists who were inconvenienced by strikes. He told a new conference in Athens : "We are guaranteeing to pay any extra room and board for any visitor in Greece even if stuck here because of a volcano in Iceland.
