1) Over 20% of our bookings are from returning clients.

2) We only need a low deposit of 10% (minimum £50 gbp per week) to secure a booking.

3) Pay the deposit with a credit card and get the protection offered by the credit card guarantee scheme.

4) We are an approved booking agent with IPP London. That means you can, if you want the comfort of extra protection, take out insurance with IPP London to protect all monies paid to us. (IPP will also cover against airline failure if the airline is listed with them) - www.protectmyholiday.com

5) We know all of the villas that we feature on this website and we are in regular contact with the owners, many of whom use their villa as their own holiday home at certain times of the year.

6) Peace of Mind - All of the properties we feature are either fully licensed for holiday rentals or going through the process of obtaining the licence (with the Greek authorities - EOT). The licence is important. It's similar to being registered with the English or Scottish tourist boards here in the UK. As well as having to conform to a certain standard, properties that are licensed will have been inspected and approved by the fire department and the health authorities. 

7) Inclusive Prices - prices on our web pages are per property, per week. They are fully inclusive of all local taxes including VAT, use of the air conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels * , a welcome pack of at least basic items to get you started and end of let cleaning* . There are no hidden extras.

8) Finally - our company has a healthy cash flow position and no debt. 

 *  In some of our larger/luxury properties the owners have thoughtfully provided beach and pool towels and regular maid service is offered – full details are given with the villa description.
