Villa Thymari – Kokkino Chorio/Plaka – to sleep up to 6 + 2

 

This truly luxurious villa is very conveniently situated near to the village of Kokkino Chorio and only 20 minutes walk from Plaka where there is a mini market and excellent tavernas. The entrance to the villa is at the end of a short private lane. Electric entrance gates, stone walls, shrubs and trees make for an attractive surrounding. The pool, sunbathing and BBQ areas, balconies and terraces all enjoy spectacular views across Souda Bay and to the White Mountains. There is parking for 3 cars.

The two storey villa has been built with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and the living area and kitchen on the first floor to maximize the views. There are two double bedrooms and one twin room, all furnished in a modern style. The double rooms have doors opening on to a large balcony with sea views. The spacious twin room has a side balcony also with sea views. All the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, dressing tables and mirrors. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with shower, both benefit from being marble tiled throughout.

Wooden stairs lead to the airy first floor and its open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. The kitchen is very well equipped, is lined with cupboards and has a dining table and six chairs. The lounge has two comfortable leather sofas, one of which converts to a double sofa bed (will take up to 2 extra persons; prices quoted are for up to 6 persons occupancy -  each additional person is charged at £50 per person per week). There is full entertainment provided with TV, DVD player and CD player. Doors lead directly onto one large balcony that runs the length of the villa from where you can sit back and soak up the sun and the spectacular sunsets for which this area is well known.

Outside the large 50m2 tiled pool is set privately in front of the villa with a lawned area to one side providing a safe play area for children (some children’s play equipment is provided at this villa). There is a large BBQ on the other side of the pool with a worktop and outdoor fridge. The whole area surrounding the pool benefits from outside lighting with spotlights in the pool, making it perfect for relaxing outside in the evening.

The villa is centrally heated throughout, making it a good choice for early or late season holidays.

Maid service with a full linen change is provided twice a week at this villa. Additionally, coloured beach & pool towels are provided for each guest in addition to the bath and hand towels. The coloured towels are not changed as part of the maid service.

A discount of 15% applies to a single couple and 10% to parties of 3 wishing to book this villa, except for any dates in July and August.
