Villa Rigani - Plaka / Kambia - to sleep up to 6

 

Villa Rigani is situated between the villages of Plaka and Kambia. It has glorious sea and mountain views across Souda Bay and The White Mountains. Built in 2006 in the local stone with classic wooden features, this fully air-conditioned villa has been extremely well planned to provide luxury accommodation either for a couple seeking a romantic holiday alone, for two couples to enjoy sharing a villa whilst having their own private spaces or for small families where children can play safely whilst mum and dad relax. The villa is in a peaceful and quiet location, in its own private plot and is very handily positioned being only a couple of minutes drive from local tavernas and mini markets.

The unique design provides a first floor master suite consisting of a spacious en-suite bedroom with bath and shower, bidet and vanity sink unit and a large sun terrace furnished with loungers and umbrellas. The views from this private terrace are simply stunning.

On the ground floor there is another large bedroom with doors leading to a terrace. There is a separate family bathroom, again with bath and shower. The open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen leads off through an archway. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped and there is a dining table with 6 chairs. In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa in addition to a sofa bed which means that the villa can sleep up to 6; we would suggest no more than 4 adults + 2 children (on the sofa bed). For your entertainment, the owners have provided an lcd TV screen, a DVD player, cd player/radio and wi-fi capability (bring your own equipment).

Outside you can savour those glorious views from so many vantage points in the garden or from the terraces surrounding the private infinity pool which is the perfect size for cooling off rather than serious swimming. At night the pool is lit and inviting for those who may like to try a midnight dip.
The terraces are well furnished for soaking up the sun and dining al fresco with lots of loungers and umbrellas, a large outdoor dining table and directors chairs. There is a separate tiled BBQ area away from the pool.

The air-conditioning units also provide heating making the villa a good choice for early or late season holidays when the evenings can be cooler and some heating may be required.

These prices are per week for the property and are not per person. They include air-conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning.

**Couples Discount** -  A discount of 15% is available for a single couple wishing to book this villa except for all July and August dates.
