Villa Miguela – Tavronitis - to sleep up to 7

 

Villa Miguela was restored recently and now provides accommodation for up to 7 persons in two large airy bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the lounge. The villa is surrounded by magnificent mature gardens that give privacy and shade when a break from the sun is needed. The pool area is set to one side of the garden with sun bathing terraces furnished with comfortable wooden loungers, umbrellas, tables and a BBQ.

The ground floor of the villa has tiled floors and high vaulted wooden ceilings. French doors open up to the garden and allow cooling breezes into the villa. The open plan ground floor has a comprehensively equipped kitchen area separated from the dining and lounge areas by a high breakfast bar (see amenities list for details of kitchen facilities). The refectory dining table will seat up to 6. Two comfortable sofas (which provide additional sleeping for one adult or two children) form an L shape opposite the traditional fireplace. There is a TV with satellite reception, DVD and CD players.

There is a useful downstairs cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin adjacent to the front door of the villa leading out to the garden and pool terrace.

Polished wooden boards dominate throughout the first floor where the two lofty, air-conditioned bedrooms and spacious bathroom are located.  Both bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the garden. One of the rooms has a double bed with a wrought iron frame and traditional wardrobes and drawers to provide storage space. The other room at the far end of the upper corridor is a triple room with bunk beds and a single bed, traditional wardrobe and chests of drawers. The full bathroom is fully tiled and has a corner bath with shower over. The washing machine is housed in one corner of the bathroom (this is Greek tradition).

Outside, the lovely 40m2 pool is very privately situated close to the villa, at one end of the magnificent garden; the pool is surrounded by furnished sun bathing terraces. The garden has extensive lawned areas providing an ideal space for children to play (the entrance to the villa and garden is protected by a substantial wrought iron gate making the garden totally secure when the gate is closed).

The villages of Tavronitis and Maleme are within a few minutes drive of the villa. The larger town of Kolimbari is approximately 7 minutes drive to the west through the resorts of Rapaniana and Kamissiana. There is also easy access to the south coast from Tavronitis.

These prices are per week for the property and are not per person. They include air-conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and maid service twice a week.

**Couples Discount** -  A discount of 15% is available for a single couple wishing to book this villa except for all July and August dates.
