Villa Margarita - Xirosterni – to sleep up to 6

 

Villa Margarita is a fully air-conditioned, 3 bedroom luxury villa situated at the end of a lane lined with pine trees, on the edge of the pretty village of Xirosterni, between the larger villages of Kefalas and Vamos.  The villa has been built recently on a very large private plot that is surrounded by stone walls. There is a large private pool with Roman steps leading into it and a hydrotherapy massage feature – wonderful for sitting in the pool and relaxing with the water gently swirling around you. 

To make the most of the glorious sea and mountain views, Villa Margarita has been built with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living accommodation on the first floor.

The ground floor accommodation consists of three double bedrooms, two with double beds and a twin bedded room. The double rooms both have patio doors opening onto a veranda with views of Souda Bay. The twin bedded room has views of the White Mountains. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and as well as being air-conditioned they also have ceiling fans for those who prefer a breeze to air-conditioning. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor and a walk-in storage cupboard under the stairs.

The tiled staircase leads to the first floor and the open plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and second bath/shower room. A small balcony leading off the kitchen is the perfect place to sit in the early morning and watch the sun rising over the mountains. The dining area and lounge is furnished to a high standard with a dining table and chairs for 6, a large L shaped sofa, occasional furniture and DVD and CD players for your entertainment. Patio doors in the lounge area open on to a covered, furnished, terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding pine forest, The White Mountains, Souda Bay and the Akrotiri peninsula, a wonderful shady spot when you tire of basking in the sun around the pool. 
 
Exterior tiled steps lead directly down from the upper level to the furnished pool terrace.

All the windows at this villa are fitted with mosquito blinds and security shutters.  
The entrance to the villa is via double gates which can be locked for added privacy; there is external lighting all around the house and pool areas as well as spotlights in the pool. 
The villa is centrally heated so is a good choice for early or late season holidays when the evenings may turn chilly and heating may be required.
 The villa stands in extensive grounds containing some 14 olive trees and has recently been planted with a variety of shrubs and fruit and ornamental trees. Some areas of the grounds have been left in their natural state and spring visitors will be able to see numerous wild flowers including anenomies, orchids and wild lupins.

A full maid service and linen change is provided twice a week at this villa.

Prices are for the villa and include air-conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and maid service twice a week.

**Couples Discount** -  A discount of 15% is available for a single couple and 10% for parties of 3 wishing to book this villa except for all July and August dates.
