Villa Ioanna – Stalos – to sleep up to 8 + 2

 

Villa Ioanna is a modern, fully air-conditioned,luxury villa which has been planned, equipped and furnished to provide the discerning holidaymaker with truly luxurious accommodation. The villa is in an enviable spot less than 5 minutes walk to the sandy beaches, shops and tavernas in the coastal village of Kato Stalos, just 7 kms to the west of Chania. The area boasts several sandy beaches with facilities and many other tourist attractions including wind surfing, go karting and the water park at nearby Limnoupolis. A number of the local restaurants, including the well-known Maria’s Taverna, are open all year round.

Villa Ioanna stands in a large plot with panoramic sea views to Theodorou Island. The views can be enjoyed from all of the terraces and balconies that lead off the principal rooms and two of the four bedrooms at the villa.

Modern fixtures, furniture and appliances have been selected to create something special and extremely comfortable. The air-conditioned living areas and kitchen, with spacious balconies leading off the lounge and kitchen, are on the first floor to maximise the views (there is also a handy cloakroom on this floor with wc and washbasin), the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground and lower ground floors.

The kitchen is ultra modern and is comprehensively equipped. The dining table will seat up to eight when extended. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with leather sofas, one of which converts to a sofa bed (suitable for a child to sleep on). The walls are decorated with prints and original paintings. Full entertainment facilities are provided. 

All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have plenty of storage space, ceiling fans and fly screens to the doors and windows. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both have king sized beds and private balconies. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and has sea views. There are two more bedrooms on the lower ground floor; one has a double bed and the other two x single beds. For flexibility and for larger parties, we can put an additional single bed in either of these bedrooms (there is an additional charge of £50 per bed per week).

There is a full bathroom on the ground floor and another full bathroom on the lower ground floor. Both bathrooms have full sized baths with fitted showers over. The ground floor bathroom also has a separate shower cubicle. Hairdryers are fitted in each bathroom as standard. A washer / drier machine is provided in the lower ground floor bathroom.

Outside, the poolside area has been equipped with plenty of sun beds, parasols and outdoor tables. Drinks and refreshments for the pool area can be stored in a fridge located in the lower ground floor storeroom. The fully equipped BBQ area benefits from external lighting.

The area beyond the pool terrace has been grassed and the newly landscaped gardens contain several different types of trees and shrubs. The villa fronts on to a very quiet lane and has stone walls around the perimeter of the plot.  Care has been taken to ensure that the plot is private whilst not obscuring the views.

The villa is centrally heated (warm air) so is a good choice for early or late season holidays when the evenings may turn chilly and heating may be required. The lounge also has a traditional Cretan fireplace that is simple and easy to use.

A full maid service with linen change is provided twice a week at this villa. Additionally, coloured beach & pool towels are provided for each guest in addition to the bath and hand towels. The coloured towels are not changed as part of the maid service.

Prices are for the villa for up to 8 persons

The villa will sleep an additional two persons either on single beds in the lower ground floor bedrooms or on the sofa bed in the lounge. There is a charge of £50 per week per extra bed or sofa bed.

Prices include the use of the air-conditioning, all linen including beach and pool towels, maid service and linen change together with a quality welcome pack of groceries. 

**Couples Discount** -  A discount of 15% is available for a single couple and 10% to parties of 3 wishing to book this villa except for all July and August dates.
