Villa Icarus - Kera, Almirida – to sleep up to 6

 

Villa Icarus is on the prestigious Aegean Blue development of villas in a wonderful location between Kalives and Almirida; it is approximately 15 minutes walk into Almirida down a path opposite the villa.

This beautifully presented, fully air-conditioned, modern villa has 3 bedrooms and will comfortably sleep up to 6. The villa is single storey with a spacious roof terrace (with table and chairs) thereby creating another sun bathing area apart from the terraces around the pool. 

Villa Icarus has been completed throughout in a modern style in keeping with its exterior design. Patio doors from the comfortably furnished lounge open up directly on to the pool terrace and the wonderful sea views across Souda Bay. There is a TV, DVD and music system for your entertainment.

The kitchen/ diner area is comprehensively equipped with all appliances, a modern dining table and chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms, two of them are double and one is a twin (single bed with another single which pulls out from underneath). One of the double rooms has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. All bedrooms have large wardrobes and drawer storage space. All bedrooms open on to small patios/terraces. There is a safety deposit box in one of the bedrooms.

Outside, on the front terrace is a mosaic tiled infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. If you tire of the pool, the little sand and pebble beach at Kera is just across the road (and down a track).

This villa is in a very convenient location and is an excellent choice for those clients who do not wish to hire a car for the duration of their holiday. Almirida’s sandy beach and facilities are a mere 15 minutes walk from the Villa Icarus.
