Villa Giasemi - Vamos – to sleep up to 6 + 2

 

Villa Giasemi is a new, very modern, large, luxuriously appointed, detached villa standing in a fenced and gated plot of some 4,000m2 with views across Souda Bay. The villa is air-conditioned and only a few minutes walk from the centre of the lovely atmospheric village of Vamos where you will find shops, tavernas and a bar or two.

A long driveway leads to a spacious parking area for several vehicles. The main entrance to the villa is via double opening doors into a hallway which has large glass sliding doors onto the rear terrace with views down to Souda Bay.

To the right of the hallway is an ultra modern kitchen of Italian design with an extensive range of integrated appliances (see amenities list). Patio doors lead off the kitchen onto a covered terrace area. There is a fully equipped utility area off the kitchen with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and next to the utility, a ground floor cloakroom with wc and vanity unit.

The large open plan lounge/dining room with views across Souda Bay, is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with a comfortable corner lounge suite, glass coffee table, wall cabinet, 32 “flat screen TV with satellite connection (not Sky), DVD player, quality Hi-fi system and Ipod connection. A selection of DVD’s and CD’s has been provided for your entertainment. The dining area is furnished for 8 with a modern 8 seater oak refectory table and 8 chairs with fabulous modern lights above the table. Off the dining area is a study furnished with a desk and laptop for internet use and a double sofa bed which can sleep up to 2 extra persons (please note that prices are for up to 6 in the villa. There is a charge of £50 per person, per week, for use of the sofa bed to cover the cost of the additional linen).

All the windows and doors on the ground floor have electronically operated shutters.

The 3 bedrooms are all on the first floor, two have king size beds and the third has 2 single beds. The master suite has a large terrace leading off, vaulted ceilings and modern sumptuous furnishings including a walk in wardrobe. The en–suite shower room is equipped with high standard modern fittings. The 2nd king size room also has vaulted ceilings, plenty of wardrobes and drawers for clothes storage and doors to a covered terrace. The 3rd bedroom has 2 large single beds, double fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes and access to a large terrace with views across the Bay. The large family bathroom has a full size bath with a shower over fitted with a shower screen, large vanity unit and wc.

Outside, the 4,000m2 grounds are in the early stages of being landscaped. The layout has been designed to maximize privacy around the pool area. The fully furnished terraces invite you to lie back on the comfortable loungers and enjoy the serenity of the setting. In the evenings this is a great spot for relaxing with pre dinner drinks and watching the sun go down. Extensive exterior lighting all around the villa and the pool means that you can enjoy this villa well after the sun has set. A BBQ is provided for al fresco cooking.

 

The villa is centrally heated so making it a good choice for early or late season holidays when some heating may be required on chilly evenings.

Maid service with a full linen change is provided twice a week at this villa. Additionally one beach/pool towel is provided for each guest in addition to the bath and hand towels. The beach/pool towels are not changed as part of the maid service. A welcome pack of groceries is provided with the compliments of the owners.

**Couples Discount** -  A discount of 15% is available for a single couple and 10% to parties of 3 wishing to book this villa except for all July and August dates
