Villa Aspro – Xirosterni – to sleep up to 6

 

Aspro means white in Greek and Villa Aspro certainly lives up to its name. The villa has been built in the Cycladic style, painted white and finished with blue shutters. This large villa is very privately situated at the top of a hill from where you can enjoy 360 degree views of the lush valley spread out below, the White Mountains to one side and to the north the sparkling waters of Souda Bay across to the Akrotiri peninsula.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans to keep you cool. The lounge has a ceiling fan and all of the doors and windows are fitted with fly screens so you can enjoy gentle breezes wafting through the villa without having to worry about flying insects.

The open plan ground floor area flows from the large extensively fitted kitchen (see amenities list for details of appliances) and dining area with a table and 6 chairs, down a couple of steps, to the well furnished lounge with 2 sofas and various pieces of occasional furniture. TV with satellite reception, DVD and CD players are provided for your entertainment. French doors leading from the lounge open up to the pool terrace and the views across the bay.

A cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin completes the ground floor accommodation.

All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and other storage space. The master bedroom is a double bedded suite with en-suite shower, wash hand basin and wc. French doors open on to a private balcony with panoramic views. One other double bedded room and a twin room with two single beds have “Juliet” style balconies, they share a family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and wc.

Outside the landscaped gardens are maturing well, it’s a joy to relax in the garden or on one of the many terraces around the villa. The pool terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers as well as 6 directors chairs and a teak dining table for simply soaking up the sun or dining al fresco. A BBQ is provided.

The villa is centrally heated so is a good choice for early or late season holidays when the evenings may be cooler.

A maid service with towel change is provided twice a week at this villa (other linen is changed weekly).

Prices are per week for the villa, not per person. They include air-conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and maid service twice a week.

**Couples Discount** -  A discount of 15% is available for a single couple and 10% for parties of 3 wishing to book this villa except for all July and August dates.
