Villa Arianna – Kokkino Chorio – to sleep up to 6

 

Villa Arianna is a newly built, detached, 2 bed/ 2 bath villa, standing in a large private plot of 1,000m2 with far reaching views of The White Mountains and across Souda Bay to the Akrotiri peninsula. The villa is air-conditioned and furnished in a modern style throughout.

The spacious ground floor accommodation consists of an open plan lounge/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. There is a ground floor cloakroom with wc, shower and basin. The lounge/diner has a large dining table with chairs to easily seat 6, an attractive open fireplace, two double sofa beds (for guests occupying the sofa bed (s) in the lounge area, there are extensive fitted cupboards for clothes storage on the ground floor) and occasional furniture housing the hi-fi system with a selection of CD’s, a TV with separate DVD player and for children, a playstation with a selection of games. Two sets of double doors open up from the lounge on to a shaded, covered terrace, the gorgeous sea views and then on to the pool terrace.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both of which are on the first floor. Both bedrooms are well furnished with hanging and drawer storage and both have direct access to the sea facing balcony, The family bathroom with bath, shower, wc and basin is on the first floor.

There is another balcony at first floor level which faces the mountains, a perfect sun trap and private retreat.

Outside, the gardens surrounding the villa are becoming well established with mature olive trees and a variety of flowers and shrubs, the garden is fenced and gated (to stop the goats from eating the plants) but also making it a safe haven for families with children. The private pool is surrounded by sun bathing terraces  from where you can enjoy the lovely sea views to the front of the villa.

Private parking is provided within the gates of the plot and the villa is accessed from the parking area down a short flight of steps (with handrails) however for guests who do not feel comfortable negotiating steps, there is another pedestrian entrance which provides access without having to use the steps.

These prices are per week for the property and are not per person. They include air-conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning.
