Villa Antheia - Kefalas - to sleep up to 5

 

Villa Antheia is located in an enviable spot on the edge of the village of Kefalas. There are uninterrupted sea views from the pool and all of the terraces and balconies at this villa. Kefalas is a traditional village with tavernas and shops and some new villas which have been built in the last couple of years. Villa Antheia is approx 15 minutes walk from the centre of Kefalas. The owners are keen gardeners who are in the early stages of turning their large plot into a colourful Mediterranean garden. Step out of the double doors at the front of the villa onto spacious terraces where you will find sun loungers, tables, chairs, umbrellas and a BBQ around the pool. A pergola provides a shady seating area to one side of the pool.

The ground floor is open plan with a defined lounge area with 2 comfortable sofas (one of which can be converted to a sofa bed), coffee table, other occasional furniture and a ceiling fan, a dining area with a table, 4 dining chairs and a dresser and the kitchen which is fully fitted and comprehensively equipped (see amenities list). One of the 2 bath/shower rooms is on the ground floor.

The bedrooms (1 with double bed and one with 2 x singles) are both on the first floor with access to a very private balcony, a perfect place for relaxing and gazing out across the bay. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished with wardrobes and plenty of other storage space. One of the 2 bath/shower rooms is on this floor.

The villa is centrally heated which makes it a good choice for early or late season holidays when some heating may be required on chilly evenings.

For your entertainment, the villa has a TV, CD/DVD player and music system. The owners have provided a selection of CD’s and DVD’s and you are of course free to bring your own.

The external areas of this villa are delightful due in no small way to the owner’s love of gardening and plants. No expense has been spared in landscaping the plot to a high standard; work on the garden is a continuing project.

These prices are per week for the property and are not per person. They include air-conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning.

**Couples Discount** -  A discount of 15% is available for a single couple wishing to book this villa except for all July and August dates.
