Jan - I just want to say how very impressed I have been by you and Crete Escapes. Thank you for your service and care. We all thought Villa Avye in Exopoli was fantastic. So spacious, so well equipped, so tastefully furnished and with such a wonderful view, situation and pool. It got our holiday off to the very best of starts and only served to deepen our love of Crete. We would love to rent the villa again at some point in the future - thanks once again - August 2009.

Having just returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Allium, from 21st July to 4th August, with my daughter and family we would just like to thank you for your  help in the arrangements, which went like clockwork. We had a fantastic time, and found the villa to be everything we could have wished for. - July/August 2009.

Even though we have just come back from our holiday, we are already thinking about next year! After travelling to Crete and staying in your villas in 2007 and 2008 we thought we would try a change and go to Zakynthos this year. We have just returned and thought we would drop you a line. We booked a "5 star " villa on a complex through one of the major tour operators and have to say that even though we had a lovely time if their villas are 5 star then yours must be 10!!!  Not a patch on  any of your villas we have stayed in - August 2009.

In October 2008, an independent travel writer stayed at Allium Villa whilst researching the area for a new book he was writing. This is what he said - "During my visit to western Crete I stayed at the Villa Allium arranged through Crete Escapes, an interesting company................ , all arrangements for my stay were immaculate and I was made very welcome by local reps Debbie and Martin". I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you so much for helping us book what was an absolutely fabulous holiday at the Retreat Villa in Kokkino Chorio - July 2009.

My wife and I have just returned from a week's stay at Villa Tigga and we would like to say a huge thanks for organising this rental. We loved the villa, we loved its position and the peacefulness of its surroundings. We have previously rented villas in Bermuda and Switzerland and this one was up there with the best of them. Your directions to get from the airport to the villa were spot on and we only went astray once on the final right turn in the village when, I think, some of the signs have been replaced. The propery managers in Crete, Chris and Alan, were very helpful. If this villa is typical of your other villas then we would certainly take another holiday with you, either in September 2009 or June 2010 - June 2009.

We're home again, safe and sound after a simply marvellous two weeks at House Papoura. It was all we expected - and more; just perfect. Everything went smoothly, mainly thanks to you and your extremely efficient organisation. I can't thank you enough for making the arrangements so simple, and helping to make the final result so perfect - October 2008.

Just a quick note to say a big thank you to both you and the owners of Villa Amaltheia for a fantastic 2 weeks holiday. The villa was a gem, car hire excellent and the weather was superb! We will certainly recommend you to any of our friends looking to go to Crete and we will hopefully use you again next time we go – September 2008.

Just a quick note to say thank you. Our villa, Three View in Tsivaras was absolutely wonderful, we all had a fantastic time. Crete and the area we stayed was just what we all needed to recharge our batteries, all directions given and car hire arranged ran smoothly. Marianne is great and all of her advice was gratefully received. Get out and about as there is lots to see and do, we will be back. I would not hesitate to recommend your company or the island of Crete to anybody. I hope we will be using your services again soon – August 2008.

Crete Escapes was an efficient and very helpful rental agency. Everything was as described and the support from the Cretan based property management company was first class. Their pool maintenance was excellent and we had a pool which was properly cleaned and chlorinated which is so important when it is in regular use – June 2008.

Well, what can we say! Villa Amaltheia was great! On arrival the welcome pack surpassed all our expectations… we have never been graced with such a stock of food and we have stayed in some similarly well equipped and stunning villas. We actually didn’t drink all the wine that was in the pack! The villa was spotless on arrival and it stayed that way – the cleaning and linen changes were always on time and done to perfection – all in all an excellent service. The villa was so good that we found it hard to go out but we did make the effort on maid service days. The villa is very well equipped with every item you could possibly need even down to 3 sets of towels, one for beach, one for pool and a separate set for the bath/shower rooms. The beaches were lovely and so were the local tavernas in Vamos. Fantastic villa, fantastic holiday and a big thank you to everybody involved in making our holiday so perfect. We will certainly be recommending your company to others – Villa Amaltheia - August 2007.

We would just like to say a big thank you for making our recent stay in Crete so enjoyable and hassle free. The villa we stayed at was fantastic, we could not fault it. The welcome pack was, delicious! The sunset views over Souda Bay were exquisite. The transfer from and to the airport was more than 1st class, it was the best ever. A very big thank you for all your help in creating an idyllic honeymoon for us.  Out of all our visits to the Greek Islands, this was far and above the most enjoyable of all.  The location of Kokkino Chorio was absolutely stunning and an ideal base from which to explore western Crete.  The Villa and floodlit pool were magnificent and we look forward to our next holiday with you. Please can you confirm availability of Sevi 2 for week commencing 26th June 2007?   Flights for this date are available and reasonable.  All being well, we will fit in another visit in Sept 07! – August 06.
