Sue’s House - Kokkino Chorio – to sleep up to 4

 

On a quiet, secluded, private development on the edge of the village of Kokkino Chorio, Sue’s House has lovely sea views from its private balcony and terrace overlooking the pool. The house is close (25 mins walk or 3 mins drive) to the lively village of Plaka with its tavernas and bars and the lovely sandy beach of Almirida (35 mins walk or 5 mins drive). Facilities include use of the shared pool and gardens thus allowing you to be as sociable or as private as you wish.

The open plan ground floor at Sue’s House has a well fitted kitchen with a full cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and a lounge/dining area with a traditional Greek sofa, dining table and chairs. There is a CD player and, for early or late season rentals there is a wood burning stove. There is a shower room on this floor with shower, wash basin, wc and washing machine. The air-conditioned bedrooms are on the first floor. The main bedroom with doors leading onto the private balcony has a double bed and the other room has twins, both bedrooms have wardrobe and drawer storage space and a hairdryer is supplied. A second wc with wash basin (no shower) is situated between the two first floor bedrooms. Outdoor furniture including sun loungers, a table and chairs is provided for sunbathing, al fresco dining and watching the sun go down.

These prices are per week for the property and are not per person. They include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning.
