Oleander Villa – Vamos – to sleep up to 5

 

Oleander Villa is a single storey property set in an acre of olive grove, on a quiet country lane, just a short walk from the village of Vamos at the heart of the Apokoronas region. There are views of The White Mountains from the villa.

The accommodation is beautifully presented by the English owners who live in the adjacent villa and who are on hand to help with any queries you may have. Oleander Villa has its own private gated entrance with a large, level parking area in front of the villa.  A very generous welcome pack is provided with the compliments of the owners, this includes cold-pressed, organic, olive oil from the owner’s own 52 trees. The area around the villa is largely flat providing good level walks.

Oleander has two bedrooms which are both air-conditioned. The double room has en-suite facilities (bath and shower) whilst the twin-bedded room has the family bathroom adjacent to it. In the open plan lounge/dining area you will find a large comfortable sofa which converts to a sofa bed to sleep one person,, a TV for playing videos and a CD player. The dining table will seat up to 6. There are individual pieces of occasional furniture dotted around the villa. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped.
Plenty of outdoor furniture is provided on the verandahs around the villa allowing for al fresco dining and there are more tables and chairs on the stone terrace around the large private pool. The poolside furniture is completed with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool terrace is naturally shaded in part by an olive tree which casts a dappled light.

These prices are per week, for the villa, for occupancy by up to 5 in the 2 bedrooms + sofa bed. All prices include the use of the air-conditioning, all linen including beach and pool towels, the “Oleander” welcome pack and end of let cleaning.
