Palia Vrissi Villas – nr. Chania – to sleep up to 20

 

These three villas are in a secluded location on a hill on the outskirts of Chania overlooking the city and the Akrotiri peninsula. The plot is a spacious 7,000m2 and to ensure privacy, each villa stands in its own garden area with stone walls and olive trees separating the gardens; the landscaping includes various kinds of flowers, shrubs and herbs. There is a rose garden and extensive areas of grass for recreational use. Each villa has its own private pool with wave generating technology and spacious sun bathing area furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, chairs and tables. All villas have heating for the winter months, windows with mosquito screens, air-conditioning, jacuzzi bath and shower with hydro massage.
There are good views of the White Mountains and the crystal blue Mediterranean sea from the villas. The hospitable Greek family who own these villas live nearby; they invite you to join them for a complimentary tsikoudia, a traditional Cretan drink.
The villas are approximately 1km from the village of Galatas where you will find kafenion/tavernas and small shops which stock everything for your everyday needs. 
Car hire is recommended however public transport and taxis are easily available.

Villa Michalis – The villa is all one one level with an open plan living/dining and kitchen area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms. The villa has 30sq m of outdoor balcony space with views of the sea, the White Mountains and the city of Chania. This villa is fully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. The villa has satellite TV and internet access (local charges apply).

Villa Avrilios -  The villa is all on one level with an open plan living/dining and kitchen area with 3 bedrooms and 2 two bath/shower rooms. The villa has 45sq m of outdoor balcony space with views of the sea, the White Mountains and the city of Chania. This villa is fully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. The villa has satellite TV and internet access (local charges apply).

Villa Dimitris-  The villa is on two levels with lounge/living areas and 2 of the 4 bedrooms on each of the two floors. There are 2 bath/shower rooms on the first floor, one of these is en-suite to the master bedroom. There is 1 bath/shower room on the ground floor. The villa has 45 sq.m of outdoor balcony space with views of the sea, the White Mountains and the valley of Palia Vrissi. This villa is fully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. Palia Vrissi Villas – Prices for 2008

Prices are per week for the villa and include air-conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning.
