Oleander Villa has its own private gated entrance with a large, level parking area in front of the villa.  A very generous welcome pack is provided with the compliments of the owners, this includes cold-pressed, organic, olive oil from the owner’s own 52 trees. The area around the villa is largely flat providing good level walks.

Oleander has two bedrooms which are both air-conditioned. The double room has en-suite facilities (bath and shower) whilst the twin-bedded room has the family bathroom adjacent to it. In the open plan lounge/dining area there is a sofa bed (converts to sleep 1), two armchairs, a TV with DVD player and a CD player/Radio. The dining table will seat up to 6. There are individual pieces of occasional furniture dotted around the villa. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped.

Plenty of outdoor furniture is provided on the verandahs around the villa allowing for al fresco dining and there are more tables and chairs on the stone terrace around the large pool. The poolside furniture is completed with comfortable sun loungers. The pool terrace is naturally shaded in part by an olive tree which casts a dappled light.

Yoga by the pool - exclusively for guests at Oleander Villa - why not take advantage of a yoga session geared towards gentle stretching and relaxation either for beginners or the more experienced. Do not let age or a stiff joint stop you - these are not barriers as there is no such word as can't in yoga - and it can be immense fun too. Sessions are with Marlene Jenkin, the owner of Oleander Villa who has been studying yoga for 5 years and is currently working towards her teacher's qualification. Properties are normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 5 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen including beach and pool towels, the "Oleander" quality welcome pack ** and end of let cleaning. There are NO hidden extras.

If you want to book, please use the availability chart to check your dates and either complete the enquiry form (follow the link below) and submit it to us or call us. We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities. NB - we would advise you not to book your flights until we have confirmed that we are holding the villa for you.
