Prices are from £1050 to £2395 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.

Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 8 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack, twice weekly maid service and linen change. There are NO hidden extras.

Amenities - Villa Nafsika

Located on a quiet lane, in the picturesque village of Litsarda where there is a well renowned pizza taverna, Villa Nafsika is a large, truly luxurious holiday villa with 4 generously sized bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. The villa stands in a plot of approximately 1500m2, with spacious indoor and outdoor areas and stunning views to the White Mountains.

Offering privacy and tranquility, the villa is fully air-conditoned (and centrally heated) with an underfloor climate control system.

The open plan living areas flow from the fully equipped kitchen to the dining area which has a large wooden table and 8 chairs, through to the lounge which is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and full entertainment facilities (see amenities list).

There are 4 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, at either end of the galleried landing. The ground floor bedrooms are a double and a twin, the double has en-suite facilities and the twin has the family bathroom adjacent to it. Both of the first floor bedrooms are doubles with en-suite facilities. One of the first floor doubles and the ground floor double are equipped with a TV. All the bedrooms are fitted with plenty of drawer and hanging storage space.

Outside the large tiled pool is surrounded by sun bathing terraces and lawned areas. There is a separate children's section of the pool measuring 3m x 3m which is in addition to the main pool measuring 12m x 5.5metres.

Adjacent to the villa is a fully equipped BBQ area with BBQ, pizza oven, sink and preparation surfaces. Together with the fully shaded outside terrace and plenty of outdoor furniture you have the necessary basis for al fresco dining at any time of the day.
