Offering privacy and tranquility, the villa is fully air-conditoned (and centrally heated) with an underfloor climate control system. All windows and doors have mosquito screens thus allowing the outdoor breezes to waft through the villa whilst keeping flying insects firmly outside.

The open plan living areas flow from the fully equipped kitchen to the dining area which has a large wooden table and 6 chairs, through to the lounge which is traditionally furnished with comfortable, hand made sofas and period pieces. Full entertainment facilities are provided (see amenities list). There is a quiet study corner with an easy chair and a desk. High speed broadband internet access is available at the villa and is included in the price. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a large cloakroom with wash basin and wc.

There are 3 bedrooms, two on the first floor and the 3rd on the lower ground floor. Both bedrooms on the first floor have full en-suite facilities. One of these is the sumptuous master suite with a 4 poster queen size bed, romantic lighting, mezzanine level and a private sea facing balcony. The other 1st floor bedroom is a twin. The 3rd bedroom on the lower ground floor is perfect for a couple sharing the villa who want some of their own privacy as the lower ground floor also has a furnished sitting area, small kitchenette, family bathroom, utility area with washing machine and direct access to the garden. There is plenty of hanging and drawer storage space in each bedroom.

Outside the superb garden has many different areas for relaxation from the large tiled pool which is surrounded by furnished sun bathing terraces and lawned areas to the herb garden and olive grove which provides shade from the sun. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen features a BBQ, traditional pizza oven, fridge and sink.

There is secure off road parking for at least 2 vehicles.

The 360 degree views from the villa mean that you will enjoy sea, mountains and countryside views.

The Villa Antina is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack, twice weekly maid service and linen change. There are NO hidden extras.
