Three View Villa is air-conditioned and centrally heated for the cooler months.  The lounge area is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style and includes satellite TV (with Sky reception for which you need to bring your own viewing card), DVD and musical entertainment. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped and the dining area has a table and chairs for 6. Patio doors lead onto the large covered veranda with table and chairs for al fresco dining; this is a truly magnificent place to sit and watch the sun go down. The veranda overlooks the large, tiled swimming pool and well established gardens with citrus, apple and pomegranate trees.

The villa has 3 bedrooms at 1st floor level to sleep up to 6 people and a separate, very private, 4th bedroom with adjacent shower room on the ground floor. The villa is available to rent with either 3 or 4 bedrooms. Please note that the villa can only be rented by one party; the 4th bedroom cannot be rented by an unconnected party. (Prices quoted in the price table are for 3 bedrooms - see below for supplements for the 4th bedroom). All the bedrooms have extensive storage with large fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is a separate family bathroom. In addition to the static beds there is a fold up bed (Z bed) for a 7th/9th person which can be used in any of the bedrooms and which is charged at £50 per week.

The extensive sunbathing terrace has glorious views of the village of Tsivaras, Souda Bay and the White Mountains. This area is well equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and umbrellas, a shower and state of the art brick built BBQ.  When you tire of soaking up the sun, there is a furnished shaded patio at the front of the villa, a perfect place for relaxing.

In the evenings, the whole villa, pool and terrace area is beautifully lit. 

A quality welcome pack of groceries is provided with the compliments of the owners.

Maid service includes a towel change twice a week and bed linen is changed weekly.

This villa is centrally heated making it a good choice for a stay at the beginning or the end of the season when some heating may be required on chilly evenings.

Three View Villa is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted in the attachment are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Supplements are:-

Rental of the 4th bedroom and adjacent shower room - all dates except peak season ie 27 July to 30 August 2010 - add £250 gbp sterling per week.

Rental of the 4th bedroom and adjacent shower room - peak season dates as above - add £300 gbp sterling per week

Use of the Z bed by 7th/9th person on any dates - £50 gbp per week. 

Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except beach and pool towels, a quality welcome pack and maid service twice a week. There are NO hidden extras.
