Prices are from £750 to £1495 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.

Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. The villa can sleep up to 8 with 2 people using the sofa beds available; each person using a sofa bed is charged at the rate of £50 per week. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels and a welcome pack. Maid service and linen changes are weekly for 1 week stays and every 4 or 5 days for 2 week stays. There are NO hidden extras.

Amenities - Villa Leodis

Villa Leodis is in a superb location, close to the village of Plaka with tavernas and mini markets. Unusually, for a villa so close to the village, Leodis stands in a large, private plot and is surrounded by well tended gardens. The villa has sea views across Souda Bay.

Villa Leodis is beautifully furnished, in keeping with its contemporary, split level design. From the main entrance you are just a few steps away from the first floor where the living accommodation is situated and a few steps down to the ground floor where you will find 3 bedrooms, the bath/shower rooms (one of which is en-suite) and the utility room. 

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and centrally heated which makes it a good choice for early or late season holidays when the evenings may turn cool and some heating may be required.

The L shaped, open plan lounge/diner at first floor level opens up to a sizeable balcony where you can relax and take in the glorious sea views and views of The White Mountains, the ancient site of Aptera in the hills above Souda and the Akrotiri peninsula across the bay. The well equipped kitchen is in one part of the "L", to the side of the dining area which has a large dining table and 6 chairs. Stylishly furnished and decorated with ornaments, mirrors and pictures, the lounge has two large sofas that can convert into double sofa beds thus enabling the villa to sleep up to 8. (Prices quoted are for 6 people occupying the villa - each additional person using the sofa bed is charged at the rate of £50 per person, per week). For your entertainment you will find a TV/DVD and CD players, Ipod docking station, Playstation 2 and a set of good binoculars to view the wildlife and the night time stars. There is a cloakroom with wc and wash basin on this floor.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms all of which are well fitted with drawer storage and hanging space, one has an en suite bathroom and shower. All the bedrooms have sliding patio style doors opening up directly to the pool terraces. A large family bathroom with bath and shower and a utility room where you will find the washing machine make up the ground floor accommodation.

Outside the 40m2 swimming pool is surrounded by sun bathing terraces which have views across the olive groves to the sea beyond. A purpose built BBQ area is situated at the rear of the property. The large plot provides car parking for up to five cars.
