Prices are from £605 to £1275 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.
Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.
Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 5 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and twice weekly maid service and linen change. There are NO hidden extras.

Villa Polyanna is located on a tranquil hillside, just outside the traditional Greek village of Pano Stalos. From the balconies and terraces at the villa there are 180 degree views across the rolling countryside to the sea and the Chania coastline. The inland views are of the White Mountains. The hillsides immediately around the villa are covered in olive trees. The village of Pano Stalos boasts three excellent tavernas which are very popular with locals and tourists alike and there is a mini market for everyday provisions. The seaside resort of Kato Stalos where there are plenty of bars and restaurants is 7/8 minutes away by car and the charming Venetian harbour town of Chania is only 15.
Villa Polyanna is being re-launched for the 2012 season following a total refurbishment in 2011. The villa now has 3 bedrooms instead of 2 (one of which has a romantic 4 poster), a completely re-fitted kitchen, re-furbished bathrooms and re-furbished external dining and sitting areas. The villa also benefits from internet access. Please note that the external pictures shown are pre the re-furbishments. We hope to show new pictures of the external area in the early spring after the owner has visited the villa in March 2012.
The open plan ground floor has a very well equipped kitchen with dining area and adjoining lounge with a big comfortable sofa and full entertainment facilities (see amenities list below).
Also on the ground floor is a handy cloakroom with WC and shower.
The 3 bedrooms are all on the first floor, these are two doubles and a small single. The master bedroom with en-suite shower room, is furnished with a lovely 4 poster bed. The second bedroom is a twin, adjacent to the family bathroom which has a corner bath with jacuzzi and shower attachment. The 3rd bedroom is a small but comfortable single with its own storage facilities. Both the master and the twin bedrooms have balconies overlooking the private gardens and /or pool area which are equipped with outdoor furniture. Around the pool there are plenty of loungers for soaking up the sun and umbrellas to provide shade where needed. The outdoor kitchen includes a large BBQ with preparation areas, a perfect spot for al fresco dining.
