Villa Polyanna is on a tranquil hillside, just outside the traditional Greek village of Pano Stalos. There are views across the rolling countryside to the sea in the distance from the balconies and terraces at the villa. The village boasts three excellent tavernas which are very popular with locals and there is a mini market for everyday provisions. The seaside resort of Kato Stalos where there are plenty of bars and restaurants is 7/8 minutes away by car and the charming Venetian harbour town of Chania is only 15. |

The air-conditioned interior of the villa is open plan at ground floor level with a well equipped kitchen/diner and lounge. The lounge/dining area has a fireplace with seating on either side, a dining table and chairs to seat up to 6 and a sofa bed which is suitable to sleep one person. There is a WC with shower in the downstairs cloakroom. Both bedrooms are on the first floor, the master bedroom is a double with a dressing area and en-suite WC and shower. The second bedroom is a twin, adjacent to the family bathroom which has a corner bath with jacuzzi and shower attachment. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking the private gardens and /or pool area which are equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ to allow al fresco dining, loungers for soaking up the sun and umbrellas to provide shade where needed.
The village of Pano Stalos is 2kms away by road. There is also a pedestrian track giving direct access to the village; this distance is 1km. Note this may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Villa Polyanna is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).
Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 5 people (4 + 1) occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and twice weekly maid service and linen change. There are NO hidden extras.
If you want to book, please use the availability chart to check your dates and either complete the enquiry form (follow the link below) and submit it to us or call us. We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities. NB - we would advise you not to book your flights until we have confirmed that we are holding the villa for you.
