Prices are from £899 to £1595 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.

Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 10 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and maid service twice a week. There are NO hidden extras.

Amenities - Villa Sevi 1

The traditional and luxurious Villas Sevi are approx 2 kms west of the fishing village and seaside resort of Kolimbari in Western Crete; a stay in this part of Crete will suit those looking for a more traditional Greek style holiday. There is a friendly kafenion/taverna in the village that serves drinks and snacks. The villas were restored in 2004 from an old farmhouse dating back to the early part of the century and they are undoubtedly amongst the best accommodation you will find in this part of Crete.

The beaches at Ravdoucha, Nopigia and Falassara are 6/7 to 15 minutes drive to the west. We recommend car hire to get the most out of your stay at the Villas Sevi but, for those who prefer not to drive, the bus stop for the service between Kolimbari and Kastelli is approx 200 metres away. Taxis can easily be arranged from Kolimbari.

Sevi 1 is a large detached two storey villa in the style of a grand mansion with a central wooden staircase leading to the upper floor. It will sleep up to 10 in style and comfort. The master bedroom suite on the ground floor has TV and a jacuzzi bath in the en-suite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms with en-suite facilities (1 x double and 1 x twin), both on the first floor. There are two more twin rooms and one further bath/shower room.

The comprehensively equipped kitchen/dining room is off-set from the large lounge which has a fireplace, sofas, TV with satellite reception (not Sky) and a library of books.

Outside there is a large outdoor dining table and BBQ, steps lead up to the pool terrace where you will find a large impressive pool with a paddling section, all surrounded by extensive sunbathing areas complete with shower, sun beds and parasols. There is also a shaded seating area. There are views to the coast from the pool terraces.

A full maid service with linen change is provided twice a week at this villa.
