The two storey villa has been built with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and the living area and kitchen on the first floor to maximize the views. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all furnished in a modern style. The double rooms have doors opening on to a large balcony with sea views. The spacious twin room has a side balcony also with sea views. All the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, dressing tables and mirrors. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with shower.

Wooden stairs lead to the airy first floor and its open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. The kitchen is very well equipped, is lined with cupboards and has a dining table which can be extended and six chairs. The lounge has two comfortable leather sofas, one of which converts to a double sofa bed (will take up to 2 extra persons; prices quoted are for up to 6 persons occupancy -  each additional person is charged at £50 per person per week). There is full entertainment provided with TV, radio, DVD and CD players. Doors lead directly onto one large balcony that runs the length of the villa from where you can sit back and soak up the sun and the spectacular sunsets for which this area is well known.

Outside the colourful garden contains a number of mature shrubs and a lawned area to one side of the pool providing a safe play area for children (some children’s play equipment is provided at this villa). The large 50m2 tiled pool is set privately in front of the villa and from here you can enjoy spectacular sea and mountain views whilst relaxing on a sun lounger. There is a purpose built BBQ on the other side of the pool with a food preparation area and a fridge. The gardens, BBQ and pool area are all well lit at night making it perfect for relaxing outside in the evening.

The villa is centrally heated throughout and is therefore a good choice for early or late season holidays when some heating may be required on chilly evenings.

Villa Thymari is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. The villa can sleep up to 8 with 2 people using the double sofa bed available; each person using the sofa bed is charged at the rate of £50 per week. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen including beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and regular maid service and linen change. There are NO hidden extras.

We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities.
