On a quiet, secluded, private development on the edge of the village of Kokkino Chorio, Sue’s House has lovely sea views from its private balcony and terrace overlooking the pool. The house is close (25 mins walk or 3 mins drive) to the lively village of Plaka with its tavernas and bars and the lovely sandy beach of Almirida (35 mins walk or 5 mins drive). Facilities include use of the shared pool and gardens thus allowing you to be as sociable or as private as you wish. |

The open plan ground floor at Sue’s House has a well fitted kitchen with a full cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board and a lounge/dining area with a traditional Greek sofa, dining table and chairs. There is a TV screen with satellite reception, a CD player and, for early or late season rentals there is a wood burning stove. There is a shower room on this floor with shower, wash basin, wc and washing machine. The air-conditioned bedrooms are on the first floor. The main bedroom with doors leading onto the private balcony has a double bed and the other room has twins, both bedrooms have wardrobe and drawer storage space and a hairdryer is supplied. A second wc with wash basin (no shower) is situated between the two first floor bedrooms. Outdoor furniture including sun loungers, a table and chairs and a BBQ is provided for sunbathing, al fresco dining and watching the sun go down.

Sue's House is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this house (depending on other bookings).
Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 4 people occupying the house and are not per person.
Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning. There are NO hidden extras.
If you want to book, please use the availability chart to check your dates and either complete the enquiry form (follow the link below) and submit it to us or call us. We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities. NB - we would advise you not to book your flights until we have confirmed that we are holding the villa for you.
