The ground floor accommodation consists of an open plan lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen and double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The lounge/diner has a dining table with chairs to easily seat 5, an attractive open fireplace, occasional furniture housing the hi-fi system with a selection of CD’s and a TV with separate DVD player. Two sets of double doors open up from the lounge directly to the private pool with its gorgeous sea views via a shaded, covered terrace.

There are three bedrooms, the main double room with en-suite is on the ground floor and a further double room and a single bedroom are on the first floor. The first floor bedrooms share a shower room with shower, wc and wash basin. The bedrooms are simply furnished with comfortable beds, hanging and drawer storage and all have direct access to a balcony or a terrace with sea views.

Outside, the plot is in an area with mature olive trees and the newly planted garden is itself becoming well established with a variety of flowers and shrubs, the garden is fenced and gated making it a safe haven for families with children. The private pool is surrounded by sun bathing terraces  from where you can enjoy the lovely sea views to the front of the villa. The villa has a magnificent stone built bbq.

Private parking is provided within the gates of the plot.

Villa Stella Maris is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 5 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and twice weekly maid service with weekly linen change. There are NO hidden extras.

If you want to book, please use the availability chart to check your dates and either complete the enquiry form (follow the link below) and submit it to us or call us. We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities. NB - we would advise you not to book your flights until we have confirmed that we are holding the villa for you.
