Prices are from £725 to £1475 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.

Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. The villa can sleep up to 8 with 2 people using the 2 x fold up beds available; each fold up bed is charged at the rate of £50 per week. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning. Beach & pool towels can be rented from the property managers at a charge of 7 € per week. There are NO hidden extras.

Amenities - Bay Tree Villa

Located in a superb private plot above the village of Kokkino Chorio, Baytree Villa has far reaching views over the village to the White Mountains and across Souda Bay to the Akrotiri peninsula. The luxuriously appointed villa is a spacious 120m2 on a plot of just over half an acre. The beautiful, tiled, infinity swimming pool is surrounded by furnished sun bathing terraces which all have glorious views across the bay.

Bay Tree Villa is a new stone villa (completed in 2007), built to a traditional style but open plan and modern in its interior layout with luxury furnishings, fittings and equipment. In keeping with its luxury status, the villa is fully air-conditioned. The ground floor consists of a fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge which is all open plan. Stone features internally include an impressive arch separating the kitchen and sitting areas and a fireplace which is the focal point of the lounge area. Wooden french doors open up off the lounge to two balconies with views. The lounge is comfortably furnished with rattan furniture and for entertainment there is a TV screen for watching DVD's, DVD and CD players. A selection of books, CD's and DVD's are provided at the villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with stainless steel appliances including fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Completing the ground floor accommodation is one of the twin bedrooms which has its own private balcony and a ground floor cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin.

On the first floor there is another twin bedroom, the stylishly furnished master bedroom and a family bathroom with a full bath and separate shower cubicle. The bedrooms all have plenty of storage with wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside cabinets etc. There are 2 x fold up beds which can be used in any of the bedrooms or the living area thus allowing this villa to sleep up to 8 (there is an additional charge of £50 per week for each fold up bed in use). All bedrooms have access to terraces/balconies. The first floor terrace runs the whole length of the villa and offers the most amazing views. The master bedroom has direct access to this terrace and the first floor twin room has easy access to it via the landing.

Outside there is a 40m2 infinity style swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces all of which have stunning views across Souda Bay, of the White Mountains and Drapanos Hill. The garden surrounding the villa is becoming established with a variety of shrubs and trees.
