The villa is fully air-conditioned and, for the winter months or early and late in the season, centrally heated throughout.  The villa benefits from high quality granite flooring throughout the living areas and two stylish bathrooms.  There are two double bedrooms and one twin, appointed with fitted wardrobes, marble bedside tables, designer lighting and extremely comfortable beds with attractive iron bedsteads.  The double rooms are both on the first floor and have large private balconies with table and chairs on each whilst the twin room is on the ground floor and has doors opening onto the patio.

The airy lounge has been furnished to an exceptional standard with beautiful sofas, flat screen, wall mounted TV, DVD player and music system, compatible with most MP3 players.  A selection of DVDs and CDs is also available for guests to enjoy.  Patio doors open on to the pool terrace and overlook the views across the bay.  Leading off the lounge is the comprehensively equipped luxury kitchen.

Outside there are extensive, private, landscaped grounds with a wide variety of plants and fruit trees, including fig, avocado, pomegranate and olive.  Relax by the large, private swimming pool where you can soak up the sun on the comfortable, stylish sun loungers and gaze at the view across Souda Bay.  To one side of the garden is a secluded pergola and patio area with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.  A BBQ is provided.

The track leading to the villa is quite short and negotiable, with care, in an ordinary saloon car. For those clients who would prefer a 4 x 4 we can arrange car hire at very reasonable rates.

Villa Artemis is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning. There are NO hidden extras.

If you want to book, please use the availability chart to check your dates and either complete the enquiry form (follow the link below) and submit it to us or call us. We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities. NB - we would advise you not to book your flights until we have confirmed that we are holding the villa for you.
