Prices are from £700 to £1345 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.

Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen including beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and twice weekly maid service + towel change (bed linen changed weekly). There are NO hidden extras.

Amenities - Villa Artemis

Villa Artemis is a luxury villa with stunning sea views towards Almirida and across Souda Bay to the Akrotiri peninsula. No expense has been spared and you will find a villa that has been furnished with flair and style to make a luxurious and tasteful holiday home. Located in a quiet but not remote position, down a lane and a track leading off the village square in Kokkino Chorio, the villa faces west, giving guests the pleasure of spectacular views of the sun setting across the island from its various balconies and verandahs.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and, for the winter months or early and late in the season, centrally heated throughout.  The villa benefits from high quality granite flooring throughout the living areas and in the two stylish bathrooms.  There are two double bedrooms and one twin, appointed with fitted wardrobes, marble bedside tables, designer lighting and extremely comfortable beds with attractive iron bedsteads.  The double rooms are both on the first floor and have large private balconies with table and chairs on each whilst the twin room is on the ground floor and has doors opening onto the patio. 

The airy ground floor lounge has been furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas, flat screen, wall mounted TV, DVD player and music system, compatible with most MP3 players.  A selection of DVDs and CDs is also available for guests to enjoy.  Patio doors open on to the pool terrace and overlook the views across the bay.  Leading off the lounge is the comprehensively equipped luxury kitchen.

Outside there are extensive, private, landscaped grounds with a wide variety of plants and fruit trees, including fig, avocado, pomegranate and olive.  Relax by the large, private swimming pool where you can soak up the sun on the comfortable, stylish sun loungers and gaze at the view across Souda Bay.  To one side of the garden is a secluded pergola and patio area with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.  A BBQ is provided.
