On a quiet, secluded, private development on the edge of the village of Kokkino Chorio, these houses have lovely sea views from their balconies and terraces. They are close (25 mins walk or 3 mins drive) to the lively village of Plaka where you will find tavernas and bars and the lovely sandy beach at Almirida (35 mins walk or 5 mins drive). These one bedroomed houses are ideal for couples looking for peace and relaxation. The houses are all privately and individually owned so there is some variation in furnishings and equipment (see amenities list). All of the houses have a double or the equivalent of a king size bed in the bedroom. Astra House and Villa Homer have the capacity to sleep one (or two small) children on sofa beds in the living area.  

Ilios, Astra and Homer are all the same layout and have a large private balcony at first floor level and a covered terrace at ground floor level. Anemone has a small balcony and a small ground floor terrace overlooking the pool and a lovely private garden area leading off the kitchen which is just right for al fresco dining. There is a shared pool and gardens allowing you to be as sociable or as private as you wish. Anemone, Astra House and Ilios House overlook the mosaic tiled pool with doors leading directly on to the pool terrace while Villa Homer is on the lower terrace overlooking the pretty garden area.

All of the properties have air conditioned bedrooms; they all have well equipped kitchens and comfortable lounge/dining areas on the ground floor (open plan) with dining tables, chairs and lounge chairs or sofas (some are sofa beds which are suitable for children). All the houses have a TV screen with satellite reception which mostly includes BBC radio stations, Anemone, Astra and Ilios Houses also have DVD and CD players. Bedrooms are on the first floor and have double beds (Anemone has 2 x singles that when pushed together make a king sized bed)with plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage space and hairdryers. Each house has a ground floor shower room which is modern and fully tiled, Anemone also has a shower room adjacent to the bedroom on the 1st floor. The private balconies, terraces and gardens are fully furnished with patio furniture and sun loungers for sunbathing, al fresco dining and watching the sun go down. Astra House has a BBQ.

The houses are all licensed for holiday rental with the Greek Tourist Authorities (EOT).

The properties are normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week for the property and are not per person.

Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning. There are NO hidden extras.

We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities.
