Prices are from £375 to £495 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.

Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.

Prices quoted are for up to 2 people (or 3 in Astra House) and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning. There are NO hidden extras.

Amenities - Each House

On a quiet, secluded, private development on the edge of the village of Kokkino Chorio, these houses have lovely sea views from their balconies and terraces. They are close (25 mins walk or 3 mins drive) to the lively village of Plaka where you will find tavernas and bars and the lovely sandy beach at Almirida (35 mins walk or 5 mins drive). These one bedroomed houses are ideal for couples looking for peace and relaxation. The houses are all privately and individually owned so there is some variation in furnishings and equipment (see amenities list). All of the houses have air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor with a double or the equivalent of a king size bed:-

Anemone - 2 x twin beds which when pushed together make a king size
Ilios House - double bed with Silentnight memory foam mattress
Astra House - double bed + futon in living area to sleep 1 child

There is a shared pool and gardens allowing you to be as sociable or as private as you wish. All the houses overlook the pool with doors leading directly on to the pool terrace. The lower garden terrace makes for a spacious sun bathing area away from the pool. There are 4 privately owned houses overlooking the garden terrace only one of which is rented out commercially.

Anemone has a delightful, south facing garden with plenty of shade provided by a covered pergola. The garden leads directly off the kitchen which is just right for al fresco dining. There is a small balcony with sea views, leading off the bedroom and a small ground floor terrace overlooking the pool.

Ilios House and Astra House are the same layout. They each have a large, private, sunny balcony with sea views, opening up off the bedroom at first floor level and a covered terrace at ground floor level which provides shade throughout the day.

Ground Floors - all of the properties have well equipped kitchens and comfortable lounge/dining areas on the ground floor (open plan) with dining tables, chairs and lounge chairs or sofas (Astra House also has a futon which is suitable for children to sleep on - see above). All the houses have a TV with satellite reception (not SKY but BBC radio stations and Sky news can be tuned),DVD and CD players. (Ilios House also has an ipod docking station). Each house has a ground floor shower room which is modern and fully tiled.

First Floors - the first floor, air-conditioned bedrooms are all furnished with plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage space and hairdryers. Anemone has a 2nd shower room adjacent to the bedroom on the 1st floor. 

Balconies etc - the private balconies, terraces and gardens are fully furnished with patio furniture and sun loungers for sunbathing, al fresco dining and watching the sun go down.
