Prices are from £605 to £1275 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.
Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.
Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 8 people (6 + 2) occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning. There are NO hidden extras.

Villa Avye is a luxury, air-conditioned, two storey villa with a private swimming pool surrounded by well furnished sun bathing terraces. The villa has been built to maximise the stunning views of the White Mountains and the Bay around Georgioupolis which is spread out below.
There is a contemporary and fully equipped kitchen separated from the open plan living and dining areas by a full length breakfast bar. The comfortably furnished lounge/diner has a dining table that will seat 6, sofas, music system, TV receiving satellite broadcasts (not SKY) and a DVD player. Completing the first floor accommodation is a shower room with shower, wc and washbasin. An extensive private balcony leads off the lounge area; an ideal spot for sitting and watching the sun go down.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms (each with double beds), a twin bedded room (with bunk beds) and a modern wet room with shower, wc and washbasin. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage with large fitted wardrobes and drawer space. Both of the double rooms have private balconies with fabulous views.
The exterior of the Villa Avye reflects the same modern taste of the interior. The large tiled swimming pool, with adjacent drench shower, is on the higher of the two private sun terraces, ie on the same level as the living areas. The pool area has been furnished with stylish outdoor furniture including 2 x large sun umbrellas and luxurious sun loungers. Stairs lead to another very private sun terrace below.
If you tire of spending days around the pool, the little resort of Georgioupolis awaits with its choice of shops and tavernas. For those who do not want to drive, Georgioupolis is a pleasant walk downhill and once there you will find plenty of taxis to bring you back to the villa if you don’t fancy the return walk. There are also a couple of handy tavernas within two minutes walk of the villa.
