Prices are from £975 to £1975 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.

Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 8 people occupying the villa and are not per person. The villa can sleep up to 10 with 2 people using the sofa bed and/or the extra single beds available; each person using the sofa bed and/or additional single beds is charged at the rate of £50 per week. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen including beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and weekly maid service and linen change. There are NO hidden extras.

Amenities - Villa Ioanna

General Description

Villa Ioanna is a modern, fully air-conditioned, luxury villa which has been planned, equipped and furnished to provide the discerning holidaymaker with truly wonderful accommodation close to amenities. The villa is in a quiet spot but is less than 5 minutes walk to the sandy beaches, shops and tavernas in the coastal village of Kato Stalos, just 7 kms to the west of Chania. The area boasts several sandy beaches with facilities and many other tourist attractions including wind surfing, go karting and the water park at nearby Limnoupolis. Villa Ioanna stands in a large plot with panoramic sea views to Theodorou Island. The views can be enjoyed from all of the terraces and balconies that lead off the principal rooms and two of the four bedrooms at the villa. The villa is centrally heated (warm air) so is a good choice for early or late season holidays when the evenings may turn chilly and heating may be required. The lounge also has a traditional Cretan fireplace with a working log burner that is simple and easy to use.

First Floor

(Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground and lower ground floors).

Modern fixtures, furniture and appliances have been selected to create something special and extremely comfortable. The air-conditioned living areas and kitchen, with spacious balconies leading off both, are on the first floor in order to maximise the views.

The kitchen is ultra modern and is comprehensively equipped (see amenities list below). The dining table will seat up to eight when extended. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with leather sofas, one of which converts to a sofa bed (suitable for a child to sleep on). The walls are decorated with prints and original paintings. Full entertainment facilities and broadband internet access are provided. 

There is a handy cloakroom with wc and washbasin on this floor.

Ground and Lower Ground Floors

Bedrooms - All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have plenty of storage space, ceiling fans and fly screens to the doors and windows. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both have king sized beds and private, furnished balconies. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and also has sea views. There are two more bedrooms on the lower ground floor; one has a double bed and the other has 3 x single beds.

Bathrooms - There is a full bathroom on each of these floors. Both have full sized baths with fitted showers over. The ground floor bathroom also has a separate shower cubicle. Hairdryers are fitted in each bathroom as standard. A washer / drier machine is provided in the lower ground floor bathroom.

External Areas

Outside, the poolside area has been equipped with plenty of sun beds, parasols and outdoor tables. Drinks and refreshments for the pool area can be stored in a fridge located in the lower ground floor storeroom. The fully equipped BBQ area benefits from external lighting.

The area beyond the pool terrace has been grassed and the landscaped gardens are quickly becoming established with several different types of trees and shrubs. The villa fronts on to a very quiet lane and has stone walls around the perimeter of the plot.  Care has been taken to ensure that the plot is private whilst not obscuring the views.
