One of the highlights of a holiday in this villa will be enjoying leisurely meals under the shade of the mulberry tree on one side of the garden. With plenty of space and comfortable furniture for lazing around the pool and in the garden we are sure you will find this villa very hard to leave.

The open plan, ground floor lounge, dining area and kitchen has a flagged stone floor, a large dining table to seat up to 7, sofa, TV and music system and a comprehensively equipped kitchen (see amenities list). There is a fully equipped shower room on this floor.

Polished wooden boards dominate throughout the first floor where all 3 lofty, air-conditioned bedrooms are located. 2 of these rooms have double beds and the 3rd a double and a single. All rooms have plenty of storage space, both hanging and drawer storage. There is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower over the bath on this floor. (There is a 3rd fully equipped shower room in the pool house next to the swimming pool).

Outside, the 60m2 pool is at one end of the magnificent garden, the pool is surrounded by extensive terracing with the pool house containing the outdoor shower room (with wc) adjacent - very handy when you’re lazing outside.

The village of Varipetro is quietly located, slightly inland of the coast between Chania and the busy resorts of Agia Marina and Platanias with the famous water park of Limnoupolis a mere 3 minutes drive away. The nearest beach is at Kalamaki, approx 5 kms away.

Villa Chryssa is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 7 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and end of let cleaning. There are NO hidden extras.

If you want to book, please use the availability chart to check your dates and either complete the enquiry form (follow the link below) and submit it to us or call us. We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities. NB - we would advise you not to book your flights until we have confirmed that we are holding the villa for you.
