Prices are from £655 to £1195 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.

Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, weekly maid service and linen change and a welcome pack. There are NO hidden extras.

Amenities - Villa Icarus

Villa Icarus is on the prestigious Aegean Blue development in a wonderful location right opposite the little beach at Kera, between Kalives and Almirida; it is approximately 15 minutes walk into either Almirida or Kalives down a path opposite the villa.

This beautifully presented, fully air-conditioned, modern villa has 3 bedrooms and will sleep up to 6 - we recommend no more than 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.

The villa is single storey with a magnificent, spacious roof terrace (with table and chairs) which provides another sun bathing area apart from the terraces around the pool.

Villa Icarus has been equipped and furnished throughout in a modern style in keeping with its exterior design. Patio doors from the comfortably furnished lounge open up directly on to the pool terrace and the wonderful sea views across Souda Bay. There is a TV + DVD and CD players for your entertainment.

The kitchen/ diner area is comprehensively equipped with all appliances (see amenities list below), a modern dining table and chairs to seat 6.

There are 3 bedrooms, two of them are double and one is a compact twin (single bed with another single which pulls out from underneath). The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawer storage space and all the bedrooms open up to private patios/terraces. 

Outside, on the front terrace is a mosaic tiled infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. If you tire of the pool, the little sand and pebble beach at Kera is just across the road (and down a track).

This villa is in a very convenient location and is an excellent choice for those clients who do not wish to hire a car for the duration of their holiday. Almirida’s sandy beach and facilities are a mere 15 minutes walk from the Villa Icarus.
