The villa is single storey with a magnificent, spacious roof terrace (with table and chairs) thereby creating another sun bathing area apart from the terraces around the pool.

Villa Icarus has been completed throughout in a modern style in keeping with its exterior design. Patio doors from the comfortably furnished lounge open up directly on to the pool terrace and the wonderful sea views across Souda Bay. There is a TV and  DVD and CD players for your entertainment.

The kitchen/ diner area is comprehensively equipped with all appliances (see amenities list below), a modern dining table and chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms, two of them are double and one is a compact twin (single bed with another single which pulls out from underneath). One of the double rooms has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawer storage space. All bedrooms open on to small patios/terraces. 

Outside, on the front terrace is a mosaic tiled infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. If you tire of the pool, the little sand and pebble beach at Kera is just across the road (and down a track).

This villa is in a very convenient location and is an excellent choice for those clients who do not wish to hire a car for the duration of their holiday. Almirida’s sandy beach and facilities are a mere 15 minutes walk from the Villa Icarus.

Villa Icarus is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels and a welcome pack. Maid service and linen changes are weekly for 1 week stays and every 4 or 5 days for 2 week stays. There are NO hidden extras.

If you want to book, please use the availability chart to check your dates and either complete the enquiry form (follow the link below) and submit it to us or call us. We will confirm the availability and send you a booking form; at the same time we will put the villa on hold for you for 48 hours to give you time to book your flights and complete the booking formalities. NB - we would advise you not to book your flights until we have confirmed that we are holding the villa for you.
