Prices are from £700 to £1345 gbp per week. 10/11 day stays are accepted and are charged pro rata.

Change-over days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fit in with the majority of direct flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports - see our flights page.

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen including beach and pool towels, a welcome pack and maid service twice a week. Please note that the beach/pool towels are not laundered as part of the twice weekly maid service and linen change. There are NO hidden extras.

In October 2008, an independent travel writer stayed at Allium Villa whilst researching the area for a new book; you can read what he said about the area and the villa in Holiday Villas and Cottages Magazine Issue 2, on sale 17th July 2009. Here is an extract about the villa - "On a hill above the village of Aspro, the villa was spacious (three bedrooms, three bathrooms), beautifully furnished and wonderfully peaceful with spectacular views of the mountains and the sea, especially from the upstairs terrace. The gardens and pool were a delight and there was plenty of room for the car. Nearby Almirida has loads of restaurants and a lovely beach........."

Allium Villa is a fully air-conditioned, spacious stone villa with a private pool in a large plot high above Almirida, on the edge of the peaceful village of Aspro (White Village). With 3 bedrooms (one of which is en-suite) and 2 further bath/shower rooms, the villa has been thoughtfully planned to enable a couple of families or several couples to holiday together in one villa. The gardens surrounding the villa have been planted with a lush variety of interesting species.

The ground floor is open plan and consists of a lounge and a fully fitted kitchen with dining area. A large arch provides partial separation of the kitchen/diner from the very comfortably furnished lounge which has sofas, occasional furniture, TV, DVD and CD players + an ipod docking station. French style doors open up directly to the ground floor terrace and onwards to the lovely garden and private pool.

One of the twin bedrooms and a shower room complete the ground floor accommodation.

Two further bedrooms, including the master which has en-suite facilities, a further twin room and the family bathroom are on the first floor. All bedrooms have doors opening directly onto terraces or balconies with the first floor bedrooms opening onto a large balcony with wonderful views down over the bay of Almirida and Kalives.

Outside, in the delightful garden, there is a BBQ, plenty of garden furniture for relaxation and al fresco dining as well as the private pool. The pool and terraces have uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. For shade, as well as the umbrellas provided, there are some olive trees on the plot, adjacent to the pool terraces and these provide natural, dappled shade throughout the day.

The villa is centrally heated making it a good choice for early or late season holidays when the evenings can be chilly and some heating required.

Maid service with a full linen change (except for the beach and pool towels) is provided twice a week.
