We arrange your independent villa booking but we do not make any travel arrangements for you.  This gives you the freedom to make your own travel arrangements to suit you. Most of our clients arrive by air, either at Chania or Heraklion but there is also the option to arrive by ferry from mainland Greece or another island.

When arranging your travel, please bear in mind that the usual check in time on the day of arrival is 16.00 and the usual check out time on the day of departure is 10.00. We will always do our best to help you if your travel times don't fit in with this but we can't guarantee to allow earlier arrivals or later departures.

The property managers/owners on Crete have the final say about the time you can arrive and depart as they have to schedule villa cleaning between guest arrivals and departures. They will have been told the expected arrival time of your flight or ferry so if you have an early arrival time they will, as far as possible, be aiming to have the villa ready early (however we cannot guarantee that the villa will be fully serviced before 16.00. If you do arrive at the villa before 16.00 and it is still being cleaned then you are welcome to drop off your bags and go off elsewhere or sit and relax outside but please don't expect all of the villa's facilities to be available to you immediately on arrival).

For requests to check out after 10.00am on the day of departure - please speak to the property manager during your stay to see if this is possible.
