The villa was everything we expected. Almerida beach is great. Enjoyed the sunshine, the pool and the silence which only seems to get interrupted by the goat bells. We have really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sophie. We loved the views and sunsets. Very comfortable accommodation all round. Almerida is lovely for beaches and eating. We have had a lovely fortnight exploring the local area. Villa Sophie was very comfortable and we are very grateful to Peter and Anne for all their help and for keeping the villa so beautifully clean. Lovely two weeks, weather perfect and everything we needed in the villa. Beautiful setting, so peaceful and relaxing, just us and the goats! Good size pool and outside space, beautiful flowers in the garden and excellent shade under the olive tree. Almerida a favourite of ours, the restaurants are plenty with good food. Lovely villa; a huge thank you to Peter and Anne, so friendly and helpful. They keep the villa so clean and tidy which made it so relaxing for us - June 2010.

After some stressful months at work in the UK, what a lovely quiet place to totally relax and unwind. The villa is very well equipped with everything and more than you could need. It is kept spoptlessly clean thanks to the managers, Anne and Peter. We particularly enjoyed barbecuing in the evenings and watching the sunset - July 2009.
